The room was basic but clean, and the complimentary breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The staff were polite and bilingual, which made communication easy.
The location was not the best. The area around the hotel was a bit tawdry, but having the Metro station just around the corner made it convenient to explore other parts of the city.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is situated near a central metro station, making it easy to explore the city. it is located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. it is close to Gard du Nord train station, which serves as a pickup point for open top bus tours, allowing for easy transportation and sightseeing opportunities.
Some reviews mentioned that there were occasional sewer gas smells in the small bathroom, which may be inconvenient.

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast
Rooms have pipes running in them, so you will hear of it when people flush the toilet above you. Very small bathrooms, and a slightly bad-water smell, but overall quite bearable

The location of the hotel was convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. the staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable. the free high-speed Wi-Fi and daily room cleaning were also great perks.
The room could have been cleaner and fresher. the noise level outside the hotel was noticeable, making it difficult to sleep deeply at night.

Easy access to the city, a metro station is about 100 yards around the corner so you're not far from travelling to anywhere. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English so there were no problems with communication. Noise from street was almost non existent and, from other rooms, was minimal. A supermarket was close by so getting a few drinks and snacks was very simple (and a lot cheaper than the vending machine in the hallway!).
The hotel was in an area with a high number of immigrants who liked to hang around on street corners, although there was no hassle it was pretty intimidating when walking the back from the metro late at night. Bathroom/toilet areas were small but at least they were private. There was no amazing view from the window but you don't expect much from a first floor room in a big city!

This hotel exceeded our expectations by providing luxurious amenities such as a private balcony and a Jacuzzi bathtub. the staff was helpful and made us feel welcomed upon arrival. the location was convenient, close to public transportation and restaurants. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The only negative aspect we experienced was the slow response time from the front desk when requesting additional toiletries. this was a minor issue that did not affect our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

Location - close to a metro station within Paris zone but surroundings are not safe and pleasant.
Quality of hotel services and hotel staff proficincy was unbearable. Addtional services for extra pay were imposed while direct hotel services ignored (delivery of luggage without elevator, broken facilities in a room). The hotel staff immediately forgets English when it's not concerned their profit. No advice or consultation on Paris trips was provided on request. Full cost should be paid in advance immdiately on entering the hotel making no choice for the customers. Low cost can't be considred sufficient reason for the awful hotel services I've never enjoyed before using Booked.net for hotel reservation.

The hotel was clean and close to a subway line that took us straight into the center of town. The personnel spoke English well and the hotel was fairly quiet.
The personnel was rather cranky.

It was a great place where to stay for few days. Nice staff, there wasnt any problem with english. Room was really clean, new furnished. There was no hairdryer in the room, but you can borrow it on reception. Great place really close to Sacre Coeur.
Location wasnt so safe in the night but this problem is everywhere in paris.
